PERSONAL Background

I started skating when I was five years old, and stuck with it ever since then! Starting in high school I also started to do cheerleading and was the bunny of the hockey cheer team for my junior and senior year. When I was in high school I also started to help out with Learn to Skate, started to private lessons and co-coached with Barb for the synchro teams! My love for skating never disappeared and since I’ve been back from college. I’m so excited to be able to get back into it and help share my love with the kids. My favorite part of skating was always spins, dance and skating skills! If I had to chose between competition and an ice show I would pick ice show. Ice show season has always been my most favorite time of the year. I love getting to see everyone come together and show off what they’ve been working for all year long! With being a figure skating coach, I am also a Registered Dental Hygienist! I graduated from NDSCS in 2022, with my Associates of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. A couple of things about me are: I’m married to my high school sweetheart, Trevor, we’ve been together since we were 15 years old. We have two of the most adorable dogs together, Millie and Ace. I love to spend my time with family, at the lake or the farm, i also am always down to go somewhere and try new food!
